AATC Sustainability Standards

Conflict Minerals and RoHS Compliance

RoHS and Conflict-Free Metal Purchase Policy Declaration:

AATC is committed to ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility. Conflict metals, such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W), cobalt (Co), and tin (Sn), are sourced from conflict zones in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or subject to illegal taxation by armed groups, leading to human rights abuses and environmental harm.

We adhere strictly to the Electronic Industry Code of Conduct (EICC) and only procure raw materials from suppliers who demonstrate social and environmental responsibility. AATC requires our suppliers and their supply chains to conduct due diligence to ensure that the metals in our raw materials are not sourced from conflict areas.

Additionally, AATC complies with global environmental regulations and exclusively uses RoHS-compliant materials in our products.
